Lara Yanik

Lara has been teaching pilates for over 20 years with trainings from classical to contemporary Pilates. She is the most excited about what her and Jen have learned integrating Physio into Pilates with over 20 thousand clients in their studios.
Jen Gulley
Physical Therapist / & Co founder: Neu Movement and Neu Pilates
Jen has completed extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy giving her the designation of Fellowship of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She started merging Physio with Pilates in 2008 and is so excited to share what she has learned!
