Pilates Teacher Training Feature - West Reformer Pilates Airdrie

Introducing our new feature series showcasing our in person Pilates Teacher Training Weekends. 

In Mid August 2025 we had the pleasure of flying into Airdrie, Alberta to do an immersive in person pilates teacher training weekend for West Reformer Pilates. Neu Pilates Teacher Trainers Malrie and Taylor flew into Calgary, and spent the weekend doing a deep dive on teaching pilates reformer group class flows, focused tactile cueing, and to generally support this group of new pilates instructors in every way possible. This supportive, hands on experience added so much additional value to the group of future trainers as they prepare to open to the public. All the students in the course had already went through our online pilates training certification, and this hybrid PIlates training was an incredible experience to get them ready to open in the fall of 2025! The modules that were the focus of this weekend were primarily the Mat and Anatomy and Reformer modules

This studio was a perfect fit for our training style, as we matched in our core values, as they promote both fitness and healing in their movement space, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter the building. The studio features 12 reformers and a comprehensive selection of props to modify and elevate all of their students pilates experience.
